Madeline Cowan is a dynamic force at RCM Capital Management, where she’s served since 2018 in a dual capacity as Client Services Associate and Operations Specialist. Whether she’s guiding clients through key decisions or optimizing internal operations, Madeline brings clarity, care, and a deep commitment to excellence.
A 2016 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Madeline is also actively expanding her financial expertise. She currently holds her SIE license. Madeline’s professional journey is rooted in family: she’s the daughter of RCM’s founder, Russell Kizer, and proudly carries forward his legacy of value and innovation. Outside of work, she finds joy in life’s most meaningful connections—spending time with her husband, Jaden, and their two daughters, teaching Sunday school to 3K children at her church, and enjoying laughter-filled moments with close friends.
