Russell Kizer, CFP® was the founder of RCM Capital Management, LLC. He was a graduate of Georgia Southern University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1979. He was also a graduate of the College of Financial Planning where he obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM Certification in 1991.

Russell provided a wide range of investment products for over forty years. He was an Elite Producer with Cambridge Investment Research and a charter member of Dave Ramsey's SmartVestor Pro Advisory Council. He was also the "Founding Father" of Dave's National team with roots dating back almost 20 years. He was licensed in all 50 states and worked with thousands of listeners from Hawaii to Maine as well as military family's throughout the world.

Russell was married to his wife, Carol, for over 30 years and was the father of three daughters (Meredith, Madeline, and Meleigha). He was well respected in his community and was active in his church and civic organizations.
